A New Mexico estimate should start with the actual surfaces, not assumptions about a building's style. For an Albuquerque home, a Santa Fe property, or a Las Cruces workplace, share the address, photos, and priorities. Matt reviews the cleaning needed and any material or access questions before discussing provider fit and timing.
Read the New Mexico planning guideIdentify wood, tile, stone, plaster, or other finishes and share manufacturer instructions if available. Mention existing damage or previous treatments. A finish that looks similar in a photo may require a different method, so uncertainty should be resolved before work.
Describe the rooms affected, whether building work recently occurred, and the surfaces where residue remains. Include shelves, vents, fixtures, and high areas only when you want them reviewed. Ordinary dusting and a detailed post-project clean are different requests.
If the property is outside a city, provide the exact location and describe the approach, utilities, and entry arrangement. Do not assume an urban appointment window applies. The office checks the address and available service before making a commitment.

Before you arrange service
Yes. Photos and any care instructions help the office review the request. Do not guess a material or apply a new product just to prepare for cleaning; flag uncertainty so the appropriate approach can be discussed.
The discounted residential deep-cleaning base is $315: 4 total labor hours at $75 per technician-hour, plus a $15 trip charge. The 315 minimum booking deposit reserves your appointment and represents this four-man-hour commitment. Electronic payment processing fees are added at checkout and disclosed before payment. Four man-hours do not necessarily mean four clock hours on site. This is a base, not a guaranteed whole-home or final price. Additional authorized labor and applicable disclosed charges can increase the total. Housekeeping, commercial work, and specialty services can have different rates and minimums. Review the pricing page and terms with the office before booking.
We do not offer carpet or upholstery cleaning, or tile installation. Routine vacuuming can be part of housekeeping, and tile and grout cleaning can be assessed as hard-floor care. Describe specialist or unusual requests to the office so the scope can be confirmed.
